TERMS & CONDITIONS

You should receive an order verification upon completing your order. When your order is ready to ship you will receive an email with tracking information. Many items are made to order. If you are on a deadline, please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate your timeline! Sales tax will be calculated based on your shipping address.

RETURNS

We offer an exchange for merchandise or store credit on any stock items within 14 days of purchase. All items must be unworn, in new condition, and returned in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom designs or rings that have been resized. 

REPAIRS

We are proud of the craftsmanship that goes into our product. If your jewelry breaks or needs a tune-up, we will fix it for the cost of shipping it back to us.

RESIZING 

If you know your ring size you are welcome to include this info in the checkout notes. We offer one complimentary resizing for rings over $1000 purchased directly from us. For rings under $1000 we will resize for a fee to be determined.
